End User License Agreements

This End-User License Agreement is a formal and legal agreement between One Up Game Studio and its users

This EULA legally binds on your acquisition and use of our Game software directly from our Studio or indirectly through any Studio/Party authorized reseller or distributor.

Please make sure to read in detail this EULA before the final installation process and using the game since it covers various aspects of user interest. This constitutes a license to use our Game software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

In case you download the trial version of the Software, this EULA will govern that trial version too. Right in the beginning, by clicking the "accept" or installing and using the Game software, you submit your unconditional agreement to the terms and conditions contained in this EULA.

If you enter this agreement on behalf of a company, third party, or legal entity, you by default represent that you have the sole authority to bind any such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have that authority or disagree with the terms and conditions, please do not use our services.

Grant of License

One Up Game Studio hereby grants you a limited personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this Game software on your devices in accordance with the terms mentioned in the agreement.

You are allowed to load the Software in your personal device or device you use. Meeting the minimum requirements is your responsibility.

All That You Are Not Permitted to Is:

  • You cannot reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purposes.
  • You cannot allow or permit any third party to use this Software for any personal or commercial purposes whatsoever.
  • Do not use Software in any such manner that breaches or violates the law of the land in any way or manner.
  • You cannot use the Software in any manner that One Up Game Studio considers to be the violation of its intellectual property.
  • The Software shall remain under the intellectual ownership of the One Up Game Studio even if you purchase and download the Software.
  • The One Up Game Studio reserves the right to grant license to use the Software to third parties and without the permission of this License the use will be considered illegal.

Termination

This agreement becomes effective right from the day you start using this Software and stands valid until the cancellation by the Studio itself.

It will also be terminated by default when the user fails to show compliance to any of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Land.
